Know Your Coach

There was a time in my life when I felt different — in ways I didn’t have language for.

​

I questioned everything.
My mind was loud.
My body was tense.
I often felt disconnected from myself and unsure where I fit in the world.

On the outside, I looked functional.
On the inside, I felt lost.

​

For years, I tried to think my way out of it. I read, analyzed, questioned, and searched for answers. But the more I lived in my head, the further I felt from peace.

What I eventually discovered changed everything:

Nothing was “wrong” with me.

My nervous system was dysregulated.
My awareness was ungrounded.
And I had never been taught how to safely inhabit my body.

That realization led me into deep study and personal practice in mindbody integration, nervous system regulation, embodiment, and self-leadership.

Not as theory — but as lived transformation.​​​​​​

WHO I WORK WITH

I work with individuals who:

• Have always felt different or deeply aware
• Struggle with anxiety or nervous system dysregulation
• Feel disconnected from their body
• Sense there is more to life than survival
• Are ready to take responsibility for their growth

It’s about taking your inner seat.

MY APPROACH

I am a Mindbody Practitioner specializing in:

• Nervous system regulation
• Somatic awareness
• Emotional integration
• Confidence through embodiment
• Self-leadership development

My work bridges psychological understanding with body-based practices. Because insight alone is not enough.​

True transformation happens when the body feels safe.

In our work together, we don’t suppress anxiety — we understand it.
We don’t override fear — we regulate it.
We don’t fix you — we strengthen your capacity to lead yourself.

Over 3–6 months, clients move from:

Chronic tension → grounded calm
Self-doubt → embodied confidence
Overthinking → clarity
Feeling “different” → feeling integrated

WHY I CREATED THE INNER SEAT

The Inner Seat was born from the understanding that we all have a grounded awareness within us — a place that can observe fear without being consumed by it.

When we don’t know how to access that seat, we live in reaction.

We spiral.
We overthink.
We question ourselves.
We feel different in a painful way.

When we learn to access it, everything shifts.

We respond instead of react.
We feel deeply without drowning.
We trust ourselves.
We lead our lives consciously.

This is the work I guide others through as a Mindbody Practitioner.

I am certified through the MindBody Institute founded by Dr. Kim D’Eramo and trained in MindBody Medicine through the American Association of MindBody Medicine. This training deepened my understanding of the powerful connection between the nervous system, emotional healing, and physical well-being. It informs the way I support clients in regulating their nervous systems, creating safety in the body, and activating the body’s innate capacity to heal.
