If you feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, emotionally reactive, or exhausted from holding it all together — your nervous system is doing exactly what it learned to do to keep you safe.

Body-Centered Healing is where we gently teach your system that it no longer has to live in survival.

When the nervous system is regulated and the body feels safe, it is capable of healing itself.

This work is not about fixing you.
It is about helping your body remember safety.

What this program is:

Body-Centered Healing is a 1:1 container focused on nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and building internal safety.

 

Over 3–6 months, we work slowly and steadily to:

  • Understand your stress responsesIdentify patterns of fight, flight, freeze, or fawn

  • Increase your capacity to stay present in your body

  • Reduce chronic anxiety and reactivity

  • Build emotional steadiness

  • Strengthen self-trust
     

This is gentle, consistent work that creates deep change over time.
Not through force.
Through safety.

What it looks like:

  • Weekly or biweekly private sessions

  • Guided somatic practices and regulation tools

  • Real-time nervous system education

  • In-the-moment pattern awareness

  • Integration support between sessions

Sessions are conversational and experiential.
You won’t just talk about your anxiety — you’ll learn how to shift it in your body.

You’ll begin to recognize:

“I am activated.”
“I am shutting down.”
“I am bracing.”

And instead of spiraling, you’ll know how to return.
